8 March International Women’s Day

In 1857, in a weaving factory located in New York, USA, the protests that women workers attempted to expose the voices of women workers, who had failed to pay their salaries despite their long-running jobs, and who had gone on to wage such a great labor solidarity, with the slogan “equal work, equal wages” and the slogan of a period of strikes, led

129 women who suffer from the difficulty of working conditions in the textile mills in America, the more the resistance that they have shown during the normal working hours, gain access to on behalf on the loss of lives in a suspicious way, March 8th, International Women’s day to be celebrated and commemorated as struggling, at that time members of the Social Democratic Party of Germany Clara Zetkin proposed this bill, and this bill was adopted by a majority vote, and thus for the first time in the history of Switzerland, 8 March Women’s day was celebrated in 1911.

On March 8, world women’s day was proclaimed by the United Nations in 1977.

In Turkey, for the first time, “working women’s day” was celebrated in 1921.

Women are prominent both in their role in the family and in their status in society. She is one of the most important architects of a civilized society.

A virtuous woman is like a jewel. Time is always valuable regardless of time. But in addition to all this, unfortunately, the “woman” has taken its share of the social values that have been forgotten today. This is a social issue. If a nation fails, it should be remembered that one of the main reasons for this is that the importance given to women is lower than it should be.

In the world, a woman who performs a sacred profession like “motherhood” deserves the greatest respect no matter what. In order to achieve unity and togetherness, first of all, the walls of neglect that are woven against women who are mirrors to sovereignty must be demolished.

In this special day in which women’s political, social and economic freedom is celebrated within human rights, we see that women’s rights are not only a matter of a certain date, but also a matter that should always be taken into consideration and that discrimination should not be mutually exclusive.

Of course, the most valuable thing an individual can learn would be to share equality in a balanced way rather than split it into pieces. Hoping to wake up to the future where the value of women is better known, where they can move freely, and where violence against women ends.

Happy World Women’s Day.
